Before there were televisions, motorized vehicles and even indoor plumbing, there were herbs. The medicinal use of herbs dates back to the beginning of civilization. In many cultures, herbal concoctions are still the primary choice. Today's scientific research advancements are legitimizing traditional beliefs resulting in an increase of consumers choosing a more natural approach.


Aloe Vera -A succulent plant that has been called mature's soother. The ancient Egyptians used the sticky center of the aloe leaves as a topical gel for the skin. Aloe has also been used to treat other skin conditions such as scrapes, sunburns and insect bites.

Bilberry -An antioxidant which protects the body against free radical damage and provides dietary support for eye health.

Chamomile -Known as an ingredient in many teas, chamomile is used to relax and aid digestion.

Cranberry extract -May provide dietary support for a healthy urinary tract. Cranberry capsules make an excellent alternative to high sugar juices.

Garlic -Provides dietary support for normal healthy cardiovascular function. Garlic contains allicin and can easily be added to many foods.

Echinacea -Commonly know as the coneflower, echinacea may support natural resistance.

Gotu Kola -The whole gotu kola plant has been widely used in India and Fiji to improve blood circulation. In English, the herb is known as Centella or Indian Pennywort and grows abundantly in Sri Lanka. In Sanskrit, it is called Brahmi, meaning 'godlike'.

Grape Seed -Provides antioxidant support.

Green Tea Extract -Provides antioxidant support.

Guarana -A natural source of caffeine, a natural stimulant.

Hawthorn -Is highly regarded for its benefit to the heart. It is used to strengthen and regulate the heart.
